Day 1: Arrival in Panama
Transfer from the airport to your hotel, accomodation at the Hotel Cesar Park or similar category.

Day 2: City Sightseeing Tour
On a sightseeing tour you will get to know the ruins of Panama La Vieja, the oldest European City on the Pacific coast, destroyed by English pirates in the year 1671. You will then walk through the beautifully remodeled Old Town of Panama, UNESCO Cultural Heritage, and experience the contrasts of the pulsing Capital in the financial area.
Of course, you will also visit Panama's most famous construction. At the Miraflores locks of the Panama Canal and in the museum, you will get an insight into the technique of the gigantic master piece. After a refreshing drink in the office of Futuro Forestal in the Techno Park of the City of Knowledge, you will be taken back to your hotel.
Dinner on the Causeway/ Flamenco Island.

Day 3: Flight to David
Your flight will be early in the morning from Panama to David. From there you can choose to go to Boquete or Cerro Punta in Chiriqui, where you can select various activities: River Rafting, visit an orchid farm, hiking in the Inter-National Park La Amistad and stay for a night in the Los Quetzales Lodge or in a small Hotel in Boquete with a family atmosphere.

Day 4: Visit of the Futuro Forestal plantations in Las Lajas, Chiriquí:
Transfer from Boquete to Las Lajas. On board a 4x4 you will get to know our fincas and make a time trip through the life of a tree. You will visit our green house, fincas of different ages, and learn how we produce our own organic fertilizer. Our oldest plantation, Madera Fina, is 10 years old. By hiking through our plantations and conservation areas with rich vegetation, you will experience the biodiversity found in the Futuro Forestal forests.
You can then spend a relaxing afternoon on the beach in Las Lajas before you will be travelling to Santiago, Veraguas province. Accomodation in Santiago, Hotel Galeria/Hotel Hacienda.

Day 5: Futuro Forestal's new projects in Veraguas
You will visit our new projects Las Palmeras and Las Canas in the village of El Pito/ Soná in the province of Veraguas. In the afternoon, you will travel to Panama, with a stop on a Pacific Beach in the restaurant Las Veraneras where you can have a refreshing swim.
Accomodation in the Hotel Cesar Park or similar hotel in Panama City.

Day 6: Free time
On the last day, you can experience Panama on your own. We are happy to make suggestions for additional day trips, shopping tours, etc.
Dinner in the Old Town's finest restaurant Manolo Caracol (surprise menu).

Day 7: Departure
Transfer to the airport and departure.

Price: 790 US$ per person for a double room (extra costs for a single room 200 US$). The minimum number of participants is 4. Accomodation, food, and transport are included in the price. Not included are additional tours and activities in Chiriquí or around Panama City on Day 6 and the flight ticket to Panama.
